PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the "Shopping Basket" link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password. Click here to register now.

SHIPPING

In order to ensure the arrival of a top quality product, please note that My Chocolate Affair will NOT ship over the weekend.

Orders are shipped from CA and generally ship Monday-Wednesday only. Your order may take up to 2-4 business days to be processed and shipped out.  The shipping method you choose below refers to time in transit once the order has been shipped.

SUMMER SHIPPING:
During the hot summer months (April 15-Sept. 30), due to the delicate nature of the chocolate, extra precautions must be taken to ensure the quality of you're My Chocolate Affair treats upon arrival.
Reusable cold packs are automatically added to each shipment at an additional charge and time in transit should not exceed one day.

We will only guarantee orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day.

Please choose your shipping method accordingly to ensure that you're My Chocolate Affair treats arrive without melting. 

Shipping for orders totalling more than $200 will need to be determined at a special rate. Please e-mail us at orders@mychocolateaffair.com for futher information. 

Please email us if you'd like to have items shipped out using a different mail carrier and quicker than 48 hours. Additional fees apply when using My Chocolate Affair Express Service.

These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees.

My Chocolate Affair also offers local delivery and in store pickup. You will be prompted to select the appropriate shipping option during checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you will have to enter your user name and password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.
